Founded in 2005 in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Indus Valley Yoga (IVY) is dedicated to promoting health and holistic well-being of individuals and communities through the timeless science of yoga.

We guide people to turn to nature for healing and balance, offering simple yet powerful tools for self-development and positive change.
